Roofline and Cladding
The term roofline refers to all the edging and guttering around the base of your roof, and the cladding to the front of your house. Traditional wooden fascia and cladding rots, looking unsightly and providing no protection from the elements. Replacing old, damaged timber with new PCV is a great way to protect your home.
At GI Cladding we make sure old timber cladding is removed where possible before we install the new PVC. This ensures rotting does not occur underneath the new cladding and prevents future problems. All our cladding is fitted by trained installers and comes with a 10 year company guarantee.
We use high quality PVC fascia, soffit boards and rain water systems. Available in a range of colours such as rosewood and oak to give a freshly painted timber effect or white for a fresh bright look. New cladding can enhance the appearance of your home and keeps the maintenance low as there is no need to paint every year which can also save you money. PVC wont rot, warp or crack and can be cleaned very easily as simple as using a wet cloth.
We use 18mm fascia boards witch is fitted directly to rafters in conjunction with a 10mm hollow soffit board. We also renew rain water systems these are also available in a range of colours and styles to suit the look of your property.
